1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AD Unlock's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Description of Service

AD Unlock provides self-service Active Directory account unlock and password reset services via WhatsApp integration. Our service includes the AD Unlock platform, connector software, and related tools and documentation.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Transmit any malicious code or content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our platform. In the event of downtime exceeding our SLA commitments, eligible customers may receive service credits as outlined in our SLA documentation.

7. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Enterprise customers may request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

8. Intellectual Property

AD Unlock retains all intellectual property rights in the service. You retain ownership of your data and grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AD Unlock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We will provide data export options as specified in our documentation.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
