mTLS Authentication
All communication between connectors and our platform uses mutual TLS authentication. Each connector has a unique certificate that identifies the tenant and connector.
End-to-End Encryption
Passwords are encrypted using RSA-OAEP with 2048-bit keys. The encrypted password never touches our servers - it goes directly to the email delivery system.
Data Isolation
Row-level security (RLS) in PostgreSQL ensures complete isolation between tenants. Each tenant can only access their own data, enforced at the database level.
Audit Logging
Every action is logged with full context: who, what, when, where, and outcome. Logs are immutable and retained for compliance requirements.
Zero-Knowledge Architecture
We never store passwords. Generated passwords are encrypted before leaving your network and can only be decrypted by the intended recipient.
Outbound-Only Connections
Connectors only make outbound connections. No inbound ports needed, no firewall changes required. Your AD infrastructure stays fully protected.
